2. 3. The key to the quality of guardrail materials is the waveform beam, especially the appearance quality of the galvanized layer, which is the face of the face engineering. Unqualified products are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site.
4. The key and difficult point of guardrail construction is the installation of columns. During construction, the position, spacing, elevation, and verticality of columns should be strictly controlled, and attention should be paid to the alignment and alignment, and the position, spacing, elevation, and verticality of columns should be strictly prevented from exceeding the allowable deviation.

② Adopting advanced and reliable construction techniques:
a. Accurate positioning of column piling to avoid accumulated errors;

c. Improve the casing design of the pile driver by replacing the outer pile head with an inner pile head, and placing a rubber pad inside the pile driver head to protect the outer side and top of the column from damage during construction;
d. Strengthen the adjustment of column spacing, verticality, and linearity, adjust while construction, and improve the one-time molding rate.
